Galaxy Note pro restarting

Was just using to browse the Internet when it randomly restarted itself. While restarting, the screen flickered at the Verizon screen and then restarted again. Did this a few times. Completely went down and now will not turn back on at all. The tablet still had 16% battery on it when it started but put it on the charger just to be safe. Anyone else had a problem like this?

Did the tablet feel warm to the touch? Can you get your tablet to power on in safe mode (assuming it has that option)?

Nope, no heat at all. And I can't get it to do anything at this point. It's a very expensive paper weight at the moment.

How old is it? You could check and see if you are within the manufactures warranty.

It's only 6 months or so old. So it's definitely in the warranty still. However, I decided to try and do a hard reset so I looked up how to do it on a device that's turned off. WhIle I was holding down the buttons to do it, it decided to turn on. It's currently still turned on and charging. Gonna wait to see if it does this again before I take it to Verizon.
