Had to change my number to a local number. Was told to do it by computer. Went home and quick as can be I changed my number online. But....phone doesn't work. Went into the store and a couple hours later was told Verizon is having difficulty due to the newest phone launch. But...I could come back to the store in 24 hours and ask for tier two help if the problem did not resolve itself. My phone is registering the new number and my account is registering the old number. I was told Verizon had no time lime on a solution. Now being a curious girl I though I'd Google the problem. Seems no one else is complaining. My phone is my business. I am a Realtor and this is a weekend and I am expected to go without service until ?????? This is unacceptable but since I have no phone I have no one to complain to. So I thought I'd start complaining on line.
