How does one report dropped calls?

In my neighborhood (Central Madison, WI) the cell reception inside my house is quite weak. Any call more than a few minutes usually results in a dropped call. Generally the reception in other areas is great. This is quite frustrating.

#832. I was always told to mark calls dropped by dialing that number right after the event.

Skip that network extender if you want 4G service, or if you have any phone with 4G at all, a phone with Advanced Calling, or if you want to save $250.
