Verizon is Terrible

I have been a cell phone user from the 90's and over the years have had numerous providers. By far Verizon Wireless is the very worst. I did not have any problems to speak of for the first two years but Verizon started to rapidly decline. I have been blatantly lied to by their incompetent customer service department, they are unable to determine the root of technical problems and I have been over charged by $135 one month without a valid explanation. I am in the process of seeking legal action and possible a civil action lawsuit suite. With all the providers to choose from there are much better options available. Verizon is one of the worst run companies in the USA

There was an explanation in the detailed itemized charges on your bill. Did you review that bill throughly?

Oh no I never thought to review my bill thoroughly!? This is a typical example of the stupidity that I have experienced. I was told by a CSR that an investigation was being conducted when I called back when I was not updated I was told that an investigation was never discussed, that is an example of utter incompetence and blatant lying thato should not have to be tolerated.
