If I put my phone on the table for 30secs I need to enter my passcode every time, grrrr! How can I extend the amount of time before I need to enter my passcode to access the phone?
Go to settings, General, Auto-Lock and change the time. It goes from 30 secs to 5 mins or never.
I've tried that before, whatever time I check it stays at 30 sec. Now the autolock choice is greyed out (nonclickable)
Never heard of that happening. If you have reset the device (holding the home button and lock button simultaneously until Apple logo appears) then you may need to do a factory restore
Will I lose my contact list & aps if I do a reset?
