Return Phone

I bought a Devour a week ago, and it has been freezing, restarting, and dropping calls constantly. I want to exchange it for another phone, and i was wondering if i could exchange it for a Droid? Even if i have to pay the price difference, its only 50$.

I dont see why not. You most likely will have to pay the difference in price though but im sure you realize that. We were told you have 30 days to decide by the service rep on the phone

If it is within the 30 days from purchase of the Devour, yes, you can exchange it for the Droid. Or go back to your old phone and wait for the Incredible.

I think you will have to return the phone for a refund and buy the new phone as a separate transaction.
