Home screen quite working

I have a droid moto RAZR and after deleting some apps I now get a screen on startup that says Home screen in not working. When I press OK it keeps poping backup with a black background screen. I have tried the solf reset to no avail. I cannot get to the setting either. What should I do now?

This is certainly not how your phone should be functioning, herewego. Let’s see what’s going on, to hopefully get it working normally. First, I have a few questions. When did this start happening? How long have you had this Razr? Do you recall if it’s been dropped or wet at all? Please elaborate.

I managed to get to the systems area and started to enable all of the apps I had disabled while trying to clean the system up. After doing that my phone began functioning properly again. Evidently, I had disabled a function that regulated the home screen and this got it turned back on again to work properly. I have now started one by one to eliminate apps that I am not using and keeping tract of them just in case it affects my homescreen. If one of them does I will go back into the systems and turn it back on again.
