Voice mail

I subscribe to visual voicemail. For the past few weeks my voicemail has not been connecting and the messages are not showing. I've deleted and redownloaded the voicemail app and I have rebooted the phone as well. None of the things I've tried seem to work. I'm not happy about the fact that I pay for a service and it is not working. Does anyone have any suggestion as to what to do?

We want you to have access to your Voice mails every time. Using the visual voicemail feature is a great way to read your voice mails without listening to them. Just to clarify were you ever able to access your voicemails using this feature?

Yes, it worked and now it doesn't. I have the lg g4

We've got to find the reason this stopped, Jammy1313. Do find that it works when you are not connected to Wifi? What signal indicator is displayed on the device (1x, 3G, 4G, etc.)?
