Cannot make outbound SIP calls

I cannot make outbound SIP calls using a SIP account on my M9. Anyone else see this behavior.? Sometimes the call goes through my Verizon number and occasionally it errors out..

Enabling/disablign Advanced Calling feature didnt help

Steps to reproduce:

1) I tried keying in a number,

2) Select Internet Call,

3) Select the SIP account (callcentric/localphone etc).

Any ideas/pointers?
