why has my email stopped updating on it's own?

I use microsoft exchange and at first it worked great but then it stopped updating. I have to force it (i actually have to open it sometimes more than once to get it to work). I have removed the account several times and have had my IT team set it up several times to no avail. super frustrating.

Keeping in touch with your work email is very important in our fast paced work environment. Do you use any other device to access your work email? Are you only seeing the issue from your LG G3? Can you send email from this phone?

I can use the email on my phone but I have to force the update. After I

open the application twice all emails come through. It is not automatic

like it was before. Once it is open and updated, I can use it like normal.

Although, it has never loaded the full message. I always get a failed

error. I just need the phone to let emails come through as they are

received.
