I getting voicemails and phone is not ringing. I had my wife try while I was standing there and it was ringing in her end but not mine. I even tried it with my house phone and nothing. Can someone tell,me what's going on?

We want you to hear your phone and not miss your calls. You can go into Settings and under sounds typically to check that you have the volume set to high, and that it does not change with your button, when you raise or lower the volume. Let's see if that fixes it.
