Backup Assistant plus sync will not allow me to press next.

backup assist plus was fussing about losing network connection After the latest update. I cleared cache and data on backup apps. I also cleared cache and data on sync app. When I go to backup assist plus sync contacts, I cannot press next. NEXT is there so is the contacts and cloud pic but I cannot press next.

Ckendaru, being able to back up your data is very important. We want this to work smoothly for you. To take a look further, what make and model phone do you have? Have you tried to close the application, reboot the phone, to see if you have the ability to select next?

I did close the app and powered off/on. No difference. It's an S4

Do yourself a favor. Change all of your contacts to google Contacts and let Google sync them and backup them up. You can use Contact Optimizer from google Play (its free) and change them all at once. Once you change them all over to google and sync, go into Verizon cloud and delete ALL of your contacts from there, then disable Backup Assistant or Verizon Cloud.

Verizon Cloud (Backup Assistant) is riddled with issues and gives many people such a hard time to use where google is very simple and reliable, and besides this is how the phones are designed to work
