My phone was stolen, I bought a used iPhone 5 and I tried activating it, and on the Verizon website it says it's activated, but on the phone it's still the old owner's number and account...what to do??? Thanks.
Have you shut down the phone completely? Have you taken out the SIM and put it back in? How did you activate the phone?
