Why do my video media won't play saying sorry this video cannot be played or sometime says no longer available both photographs and videos on my razzor maxx???? I haven't tried from a desktop computer so does this make a difference???? Also over the years there's lots of photos and video media that hasn't been backed up, is there anyway to find and retrieve this lost media and if so which is best for storage backup assistance, or cloud???? HEEEELLP!!!!
