I just signed up with Verizon FIOS TV. I was told that I could stream FIOS TV music channels while traveling in my car. How do I do that?
Appreciate your response. I finally got an answer from some one in South Asia who said that the link up between the FIOS and wireless connections is still at the research stage.
While I've been waiting for FIOS for 10 years to show up, I don't have it yet. Still rocking DSL. Congrats on getting a Fiber connection!
Consider getting the FiOS TV Mobile app from your phone's app store. Once downloaded and signed in, you should have access to remote control your DVRs in addition to some live streaming channels. This should be your solution.
If not, consider asking this question on the Verizon (the Telephone company) forums, rather than the Wireless forums. Here's the link to the FiOS board: http://forums.verizon.com/t5/Fios-TV-Programming/bd-p/FiOS_TV_Entertainment
Note that video streaming will consume a sizable amount of data. Be careful if you do not have an audio-only option in the app, or unlimited data tied to your phone.
Thanks for the update. These services are certainly still developing. It wouldn't hurt to check in with the FiOS forum linked above anyways to make sure.
