This product/app is useless to me and I want to remove it. How do I remove it.
Try this. I recently had a VZW rep assist me with the same thing.
Sign into your MyVerizon account online and remove the Visual Voicemail option under the add features area and change it to the basic voicemail. Then go into your service blocks and add the Visual Voicemail block.
