Make my phone work please

I just got a new phone and I want to simply switch my existing number to this phone. But you guys said you can't do it because it's prepaid. I don't care. Get it done. Don't tell me it's not possible when you just need to click some buttons to make it happen. Get it done, I don't care how. Make my phone work. Pretty please

Prepaid is an entirely different entity than post paid accounts. They have their very own special number to contact them through. Are you canceling a post paid account and moving to pre-paid?

As long as the phone is Verizon-compatible, you should only have to swap the SIM, live chat, call, or visit a corporate store to have the phone activated, which can also be done from within My Verizon online.
