My phone keeps notifying me I have new texts but these texts are old and from the past what should I do ?
Bratrowe, depends on the phone, but I would turn the phone off, take out the SIM card and turn it back on. If that doesn't help you may need to clear cache and data on your messages app (settings>apps>application manager>all). Also try in safe mode (hold power until you see power off, then hold power off until you see safe mode and choose restart). If all that fails I would call tech support 8009220204 from a different phone.
