Can't find app for Verizon Voice Mail???
What phone do you have? Are you using the standard basic voicemail or the visual voicemail? You'll only use the "app" for visual voicemail, and the app is pre-installed on your phone. Go into your apps, and sort them alphabetically and you should see Voicemail; the icon is red and white. On some Samsung phones it is in a folder group called Verizon - open the group and voicemail is in there.
I have same phone with same number. I recently changed my plan and now my saved voicemails are gone and its telling me to set up my new voicemail? I want what I had and definitely want my saved messages. How do I get this back?
