I lost all of my contacts last night. They are not in my back up
Did you save them anywhere else? Attached to your e-mail account perhaps? If they were only saved on the phone then there is nothing you can do. If when you added contacts they went under your g-mail contacts you just need to be signed in to your e-mail with your contacts list selected to sync.
there are suppost to be in my back up assistant cloud they were backed up that night and disappeared
Back up assistant is no longer used, the cloud service is - though I believe them to be one in the same now it's just called the verizon cloud.
Did you log into your verizon account and go to my verizon>my accounts>back up my contacts to see what is in there?
