My droid mini will not recognize any wifi networks. In the settings, Wifi is turned on, but there are no listed networks. After running a scan, my home wifi was found, but the phone would not connect. It said "Turning on wifi" even though it was already turned on. I've turned the phone off and removed the battery, but neither has helped. This started 2 days ago. The same thing happened with my wifi network at work. Other devices are connected at home, so it is not the home network. What should I do?
