Dropped phone and now there is no sound, no cracked screen or anything thing else wrong. Help.
If you had sound, then dropped the phone, now you don't have sound....sounds to me like internal damage. Something is broken or loose. Do you have insurance? An upgrade? What phone model are you referring to?
