I have been sending text with images to a friend who is on sprint for some time now. The other day they stopped receiving the picture but still receive the text. Any ideas. I can send to other Verizon accounts and things work fine.
Do you have your data turned on? You can't send pics in your text messages with Wi-Fi on. You must first turn your Wi-Fi off and then turn on your mobile data in the settings. Hope this helps.
That's very puzzling, wvbroker.We certainly want to get your pictures sending just as they did before. Can that same friend send you picture messages successfully? Has he/she noticed the same issue with anyone else sending him/her pictures? Have you tried sending pictures in different sizes or formats?

I can receive pictures from my friend. I have tried different formats and resolutions. They are not having issues with anyone else. Another problem has occurred since my first message too. I downloaded a system update and now they are not receiving my text all the time and the delivery notification messages no longer work as they used to. Delivery notification is turned on. When I send the message notificationĀ says it is sending then changes to sent but never gives me a delivered notification like it used to. The only way I know if they got it is to call them or if the text back. Also when I go to the message info it only says sent even if they got the message. I am using message+.
Your messages should be problem free, wvbroker. I appreciate the steps you have taken this far. Can the both of you please delete each other as contacts and also delete conversation threads. Once this has been done, please re-add eachother as contacts and test to see if there is any change. Please also provide the model of your device.
