Sending text issue after message update. Screen says sending for hours at a time. Uninstalled update. reinstalled update. Same problem. Restarting phone as message is sending gets message delivered. message then works normally, briefly..

3rd day of this issue. Restarting phone makes message+ work for roughly 2.5 hours then won't send text(shows "sending" never "sent" or "delivered". Repeated uninstall /reinstall of update doesn't help. Back to factory version of app.

which gets "stopped working" message after sending/receiving. But at least it sends and receives.

Let's get those fingers moving again! As I know that messaging is an important part of how we communicate today, let's take a look to and see what is going on. Thank you for all that you have tried and I'm delighted that you have found a workaround. Let’s do some troubleshooting together to work on getting this issues fixed permanently.

Once this steps is done, then we will have you test device again to see if any better luck with the Messages + application and then the regular Samsung messages application.

As with previous attempts, messaging worked for a couple of hours after clearing phone cache last night. Thius morning the problem has returned for the Verizon app. Haven't tested the Samsung app as yet. Going back to factory version. Any way to get back to previous updated version?
