My Verizon Android Ultra Maxx is not charging and it's brand new. I keep trying to reset it but it won't work because it won't charge. Please help!
IF it is new it would be under warranty. Contact Verizon about a replacement device.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Are you using the charger that the device came with? If so do you happen to have another device you can test on the charger? Let us know if the charger that came with the device works with another device.
