Ever since lollipop I can't make outgoing calls. Whenever I click on a contact name it'll call them but the numbers "001" in front of their initial number and won't call.

We always want your device to work properly! Are you currently traveling internationally with the device? Is the device activated on the Verizon Wireless network? When did the device software update?
