What kind of message do people get when i block their number?

It should definitley not be a mystery as to what is heard on the other end of a blocked call. The blocked party will hear something to the effect of "Welcome to Verizon Wireless. The number you were trying to reach has calling restrictions which has prevented the completion of your call." If it this party attempts to send a message, they will not see any error on thier end and will seem that the text was sent, but in reality it will never be delivered to you.

I think if the person is being block, verizon should not let the person know that they are being restricted.
