I just got my first Apple, a 6S plus ........ How do you use apps while on the phone. I'm always sending emails, FB messages and using Waze while on the phone. Everything stops updating till I hang up.
I have an iPhone 6. I am unable to use data while on calls. Please help.
1. You have go into your setting on your iPhone
2. Click on Enable LTE
3. Click on Voice & Data
4. You might have to reset network settings
5. In settings click on General
6. scroll down click on reset
7. Reset Network settings
This allow you to be on the phone and data. Sometime you might have to call Verizon to setup what they call Advance calling feature.
that's a feature that can be added from my vzw app or online
Go to settings/cellular and set LTE to voice and data.
