It's been 3 days & my Galaxy S6 still doesn't have its 4G working & I'm getting pissed! I don't pay $106 a month for crappy service! How do I get it back? I'm sick of my phone closing on me and/or shutting it down just for nothing to improve.

Thanks for the details, Rubixcub. Have you always had issues there? Issues only occuring inside, or outside too? Do others have issues there? Does your phone display 4G, but work slow, or do you only see 3G. Are you set to LTE Network mode, or Global?

No, like I said it's been 3 days.....4 days now that my 4g isn't working. I can't search the Web & it's annoying. I noticed my mom's 4g wasn't working the other day & she's in the same zip also with verizon. Not sure if this has to do with the recent system update that occurred a couple days ago.
My phone displays 4G BUT the little arrows underneath do not flash back & forth like they did...they don't light up at all & where I used to be full 5 bars of power, I'm now 3 bars. Sick of this! Again, I pay a lot for the "best" service, but I'm not getting it.
