Verizon Message+ won't send or receive pictures!?

I have the Galaxy S6.

I keep getting the message: "sorry you cannot add this picture to your message" when I try to attach a picture.

And it won't receive ANY!

I already have cleared the app cache and data multiple times through the application manager, and it doesn't fix the problem.

I do NOT have any mobile data limits set either.

Please help!!

That is definitely odd and we want to make sure your device is in working order. Are you aware if this occurs when using both WiFi or cellular data alone? Is the device currently up to date? Check by going into Settings and pressing System Updates. Also, can you verify your current Android and Baseband Version by going into Settings and then About Phone.
