iPhone 6S upgrade - 2yr contract

I am overdue for a phone upgrade and I would like to stick with the 2yr contract/subsidized phone. I plan on trading in my iPhone 5 as well. Does the $200 credit you are offering for my iPhone 5 apply to the 2yr contract plan or do I have to switch to the Edge program in order to get that trade-in credit?

If you're talking about this offer http://www.verizonwireless.com/landingpages/switch-and-save/?intcmp=INT-MAR-NON-AC-Get_up_to_400-09122015-1MPB1-MO-HP-LP-NP then you have to get a phone on the device payment plan. Although this one says "up to $300" so it may be a little different than what you're referring to.
