My corporate email account is not updating. Can't receive or send emails?
I have the same situation. I have messages that say it has synched but no new messages display.
Has there been any resolution?
You came to the right place for assistance Lorimel. May I ask are you able to use other data services on your Droid Turbo without any issues? When did the corporate emails stop sending/receiving? Any changes made on the device prior to this issue? For example, was there a software update complete? As you share the details then we can troubleshoot together.
