I just bought a new Galaxy S6. I tried to perform a content restore. My cloud shows 9,081 pictures and 1,718 songs but when I try to restore to the S6 it shows 5,586 pictures and 53 songs. How can I get to the rest of my content?!?!
Congratulations on your new device, cnamors22. We definitely understand how important it is to retrieve all your data from the prior device. Let’s get to the bottom of this. Where are you seeing the 9,081 photo count and 1,718 song count (i.e. VZ Cloud online, desktop app, device app, etc)? What is the source of the missing content (i.e. taken with phone, downloaded from site, etc)?
