When I purchased my Galaxy S6 a week ago, the Visual Voice mail worked perfectly. Today I am unable to get it and can't listen to regular voice mail either. It says it can't connect but everything else connects and my WiFi is Aok.
It's all fixed and working perfectly! Thank you for following up.

and it resolved nothing.

Having a working Voicemail is very important! I am sorry to hear it is not working but we can certainly help. What happens when you try to dial *86 send from your device? Are you able to listen to your voicemail menu? Is there an error message when you access your Visual Message? Please keep us posted.

I just meant you need cellular data from Verizon on for vvm to operate
