I had to factory reset my phone. I backed up everything to Verizon Cloud. I saw that my data was all there after doing the reset but I didn't have WiFi at the time so I had to wait to Restore everything. Now that I am back on WiFi, I went to look for my data to Restore everything but now my messages and call log history is gone. Does anyone know why this happened or if I can still recover this data now?

You might need to go onto a computer and go into Verizon Cloud. Once there look in the trash can as Verizon Cloud has a terrible habit of moving things there at will.

I do not use Verizons Cloud anymore for this very reason. I back my contacts up to Google, Call Logs and photos to Lookout but have used Google, Dropbox, Microsoft clouds as well,.
