My in-call volume keeps reverting to a low setting in my S5. I'll change it back to high (so I can hear the other person) and by the next time someone calls it back to low. Am I missing something?
brook2kk Volume woes solved here. Let’s see what might be going on here. When did this start happening? Have you updated your phone’s software recently? Have you installed any volume control applications? Do you have any power save options running on your phone?JoelR_VZWFollow us on Twitter @VZWSupportIf my response answered your question please click the Correct Answer button under my response. I just noticed it in the past 2 weeks or so...but it could have been going on for longer. I've not installed anything and I have no power saving options on. I did my last software update last summer and according to my settings, the phone is up to date.
brook2kk,Thanks for answering those questions. Let's keep working together to make sure we're looking at every possible cause. Do you have any case on your phone that covers the buttons? Is calls the only time it seems lower? How about when you play media?

I do have a case that covers the buttons....an otterbox that I bought at Verizon the day I purchased the phone...since its just started happening recently and I've had the phone and case for a year and a half, I doubt its that. No, it doesn't do it when playing media...only phone calls...and it reverts ti the same level (not as low as it will go, about 1/3 of the way down).
Any other suggestions?
