Devour Help!

I tried powering my phone on and it wont go past the motorola blur loading page.

I have removed the battery numerous times and called tech support and they said there was nothing they could do if the phone wouldnt completely load.

has this happened to anyone else? anyone know of a way to fix this?

Did tech support get you at least to try to do a hard reset?

I had the same problem exactly 30 days after I purchased the Devour. I basically took the same steps you described and no change....never completed boot. I took it to Verizon and they replaced the phone so now its day 2 on the replacement Devour and we'll go from there.

I had the same problem with my Devour. I called Verizon technical support and they said I would have to take it into a Verizon store and have it flashed, and then re-download the software. I had that done and not only did it delete all my contacts, texts, and applications, all the applications crash now upon opening. This is my second Devour and now I am waiting for my third to be sent in the mail. If you look on the Motorola forums, this is a very common problem with no fix except to have it replaced. So call tech support and make them send you a new one.
