I cannot get the ringer to work with incoming calls. The mute switch is set for ring, and the phone rings when I access sounds/ringer.
Have you tried a hard reset? Hold the home button and lock button simultaneously until the Apple appears on the screen.
do you see a half moon icon at the top of your screen?
