Anyone else experiencing this? OTA update delivered on 9/11. Appears to be the Stagefright patch.

Yes, I too have had that issue. I have taken to turning back my mail but the drain rate is the same. I get about 18-20 hours on a charge now. (mostly not doing anything so it isn't the screen burning the battery.
