Does anyone have a contact info for this as I phoned Samsung and this is like writing a letter to Santa Claus.
Another alternative is to send the original device to samsung for them to replace it then they send it back to you if you don't want the warranty replacement. But per the terms and conditions of the warranty the phone would be replaced with a certified like new device.
Try the Samsung experienced ask at Best Buy.
You will have to dig in and fight for it as the warranty only provides for a refurbished phone.
Does anyone have a direct email or phone number. I have been "digging" in.
I sent emails to executives at Verizon and Samsung and was on phone for 3 hours with each company.
I am certainly trying.
I am open for suggestion.
Happy holidays

Good....Best Buy.... No way they want an unhappy customer driving away other customers at the desk during the holiday spending season
This is simply how the manufacturers warranty works. They do not guarantee you a "new" phone when you return a phone which has been "used" for 2 1/2 months. For all you know, the phone you received as a refurbished unit may be "newer" than the one you returned.
Of course you can "dig in", but that does not mean you will get anything further as they have already fulfilled what is spelled out in the manufacturers warranty.
I Have to agree with rcschooner. Unless the 'refurbished' phone is in poor condition, all refurbished means is it has been individually inspected and tested as working - unlike 90% of phones sold as new in the box.
IF its dinged up, you can request another replacement until you are happy with it.
Any phone unboxed has to be labeled as "used", even if a customer took one look at it and said, "I changed my mind and want the black one".
Keep in mind...the one you had was new...
I want you to have the best experience with Verizon Wireless also. Having the phone go black screen in only 10 weeks is not good. I want to see what is happening. I know the device is under the manufacturer's warranty for one year. Did you complete a warranty replacement at Best Buy? However, I see you was looking for Samsung's number, I wanted to provide it for you. The number is 888-987-4357.
