I cannot get rid of the black screen when trying to answer an incoming call waiting call. I have tried tapping the screen and pushing the power button on the back. Cannot see the incoming call. Anyone have this problem and resolve it?

I am having the same issue. Same phone. I am also experiencing loss of cell connection in my home all of a sudden. Looking for answers too!!
