It asked me to update kit kat...I did...it looked like it was going to restart...but didnt!!!! Tried power button and volume at same time...it won't come on..all that comes on Is "powered by android"!!! Someone please help me! !!!

Help is here! That definitely sounds concerning and we want to get this figured out. Let's try powering the device on in Safe Mode and see if it will come up all the way.
