Android Message Plus App

I just updated my message plus app the other day on 3 galaxy phones. 2 are S3's and 1 S5. and now my MMS messages will not download.I uninstalled the update on the S5 and everything works fine. You can't uninstall just the update on the S3 so I did a full uninstall then reinstalled it and still the same problem. If I go to the default android message app everything works fine.

Is the MMS issue while connected to WiFi or cellular data, or both? What is the current message plus application software version installed on your Galaxy S3 phones?
