I have only had this phone for a week now & I'm not receiving all my text my friends have sent me. I have one friend that has sent me 4 or more text that I have never received. PLEASE help me!

Since have had this new phone, have you ever been able to receive texts? Are you using the stock text app or the red icon for Verizon messages for texts? It's a new Verizon phone and it's pre paid. I've had a pre paid account
with them for over a year and I've never had this problem. I'm using the
red icon it says message +. Yes I am receiving messages but I'm not from
one phone number. There has been a few times I haven't received text
messages from other phone numbers but mostly it's just been that one number.

In order to take a deep dive into what could be happening with this texting problem, we would have to access the account. No worries, our Pre Paid Department will be able to help you with this. To reach our Prepay Department, please dial 888-294-6804 from a number other than your prepaid phone. When prompted, enter your prepaid phone number. Then press 4 (for questions or to change something), then 5 (for Store Locations or Billing Questions), then 4 (for Customer Service Rep) and then enter your pass code for your account. If you do not know the pass code, enter in four zeros. Then the system will transfer you to a Prepaid representative.
