“Live chat” is not functioning even though it is within posted operating hours. There is a new cell tower near my home that now provides roaming on my VZ phone. When I looked at my activity log, roaming on my phone apparently automatically connects to [removed] where I have to reenter the 10 digit number that I am calling. This roaming approach worked until approximately a week ago. I now get a VZ recording saying “The call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and try again”. The numbers I have tried are good. I have talked with Commnet Wireless, the operator of the cell tower, and they say the problem is not with them and to contact VZ. I called VZ and the only recommendation was to dialed *228 to update my phone. That did not help. I HAVE NO VZ ROAMING OUTGOING CALL CONNECTION. WHAT CHANGED?
