Today I tried to call my voicemail (using my note 3) & instead got a my message. I cannot access my voicemail. I have always had issues with voicemail as my cell never notifies me that I have voicemail but now I cannot even check it.
Are you using Visual Voicemail or the standard, basic voicemail? Can you access by calling your own phone number from your phone (use all 10 digits)?
What happens when you try and access your voicemail? Are you using *86 or an icon on the phone to try and access?
