My Ballistic Turbo's microphone cuts out intermittently. It will happen on initiating calls, sometimes helped by rapping the bottom of the phone a couple of times with my knuckles. In addition, it will not work, at times, with the Motorola voice commands for texting and receiving commands for sending texts. It seems to work fine on the google versions of voice, such as inputting text in lieu of typing. I'm wondering if it's a physical or software problem?
