Ellipsis 8 wont factory reset or boot in safe mode stuck in boot loop

Ive tried everything from booting in safe mode, factory reset, soft boot, nothing is working? Its stuck in a boot loop, i can get to lock screen. I can unlock it then it reboots. I tried to factory reset it did not work. I tried to boot in safe mode it did not work. I fully chargered it but that did not work. No fix i have found works, what am i to do?

Pls can anyone help me with this issue, even the wipe of the cache is not working, i cannot boot in safe mode or factory reset, i dont know what to do. The issue started yesterday around 8pm.

I have the same exact problem but on my LG G2, I've been dealing with this problem for about a month now. I tried the Verizon Wireless repair assistant but it won't allow me to run a repair (its greyed out). I've done a factory reboot about a dozen times now. Spoken with Verizon technicians and visited the store no one seemed able to help me. I was told it was due to one of the updates they pushed on my phone possible getting corrupted.

Was told that since my phone was 14 months old that it was past the warranty period and that they couldn't do anything else for me until its time for an upgrade.

The only thing I can think of left is to Flash the phone.

Maybe calling the phone manufacturer might help?

Has there been any recent updates to your device (software related)? Any moisture or physical damage to the device? Was there a specific reason you were looking to do a Factory Reboot/Safe Mode?

Usually a boot loop is an indication that the device has bought the farm. If you are still under the manufacturer warranty then get a replacement.

Monte357, the reason that you were told that they couldn't help you was that you only have a 12 month manufacturer warranty. If you have insurance and/or extended warranty then you should be able to get a replacement free of charge as long as there is no physical or liquid damage.
