Why can't I access NFL Redzone on my device?

NFL Redzone will not load in my app. I restarted my phone, still goes to the "subscribe now" screen. I have already subscribed.

The NFL Mobile app is a great way to stay connected with your favorite teams. Are you able to open the app and view other things with the add? Are you only having concerns when accessing the NFL Redzone portion? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the application?
