additional 2gbs a month per line

I signed up with go 90 thru Verizon and never received data.

I also upgraded my plan after receiving an email about getting an additional 2gbs a month per line as well if I upgraded data plan and nothing. I keep trying to chat and it's offline and call to have higher than normal hold time. I'm really unhappy with this and wonder if anyone else has had these issues?

The free extra 2 GBs of data is for signing on to the XL or XXL plan with the new Verizon plan AND upgrading or adding a line with the device payment plan.

IF you did not fulfill the requirements you don't get the extra data.

We are unhappy to see that you are having issues with the promotions. they are out there to benefit our customers. We are here to help. If you are refering to the 2gb for life promotion, The account must be on the Verizon XL plan or higher before the upgrade has been processed. Is this the case? Please let us know.

My plan was xl and I upgraded to xxl.

Treenorth1999, we never want there to be there for any confusion. Let’s look at this together. The account will need to be on the Verizon XL plan or higher before upgrading the line to the Device Payment Plan. If the line was upgraded before the promotion started, we will not be able to backdate the promotion. Here are more details http://vz.to/1kV7B1c.

I had 18gb and upgraded to 20gb. I called and verizon told me it would show up after Dec 23.

It's not there. Still 20. I'm frustrated as well because of another promotion (go90) followed steps given on phone by Verizon customer service and still no data. System was sometimes slow wS that excuse. Two different promotions not showing up. It should not be this difficult.

I am not sure how to make this more clear. I received an email, I called customer service, I proceeded to upgrade my plan while speaking to customer service about the promotion. They told me I would receive my promotional gigabytes. I have not. I did everything required of me to receive these gigabytes. Almost identical to the go90. As I was speaking with customer service about other promo they told me how to get additional gb by doing go 90. They literally walked me through the registration. I have only turned to message boards because I can't seem to get a live person who can help either by phone or chat. This is frustrating. If I did not qualify for these promos customer service should have alerted me and not wasted my time.

mama23dogs is correct. You don't get the promotional data by upgrading your plan. You get it by having the XL or the XXL plan and upgrading a device. You must have been on either of these plans prior to upgrading.

If you were to have 10 smartphones on either of these plans and you upgraded and purchased new devices for all 10 lines you would receive 20GB of promotional data.

I got that promotion. I downloaded the app and signed up. I got the 2GB extra almost instantly.
